edaccents’s highest priority is its members’ trading success. However, the edaccents site occasionally experiences outages during which bidders cannot place bids or effectively locate items via our Title Search function. When outages occur that are at least one hour in duration, edaccents offers this Outage Policy to compensate for member inconvenience.

Hard outage of 24 hours or more
In the event of a hard outage of 24 hours or more, edaccents automatically extends subscriptions for 24 hours No monetary refund will be granted. Viewing time lost will be granted a time extension
